Information to provide
Please include, where available:
- your name and organisation;
- your role in the matter;
- your contact details;
- the names of all parties;
- the names and firms of the parties’ legal advisers;
- related companies or other relevant entities;
- a short neutral description of the dispute;
- the current stage of the matter;
- any court, arbitration or contractual deadlines;
- the approximate commercial value or significance;
- proposed mediation dates;
- relevant locations and time zones;
- whether online, in-person or hybrid mediation is proposed;
- whether all parties have agreed to mediate.
Please do not send detailed confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive documents until the conflict check has been completed.
